Mr. Tan Wuxian (Justin) graduated from Chongqing University with a major in Computer Science and Technology. With nearly two decades of intensive experience in the industry, he has led the development, delivery and optimization of a number of key medical IT products, including the Nuclear Medicine Information System (NMIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. These projects have served more than 300 Class III Grade A hospitals in total and won three industry technology innovation awards. His technological achievements have deeply empowered the entire diagnosis and treatment process of medical institutions, providing solid support for improving the efficiency and quality of medical services.


In tackling core technical challenges, he has demonstrated outstanding innovation capabilities and technical governance:


The NMIS system he developed adopts a microservice architecture and innovatively integrates AI-assisted lesion recognition algorithms, improving examination report generation efficiency by 50% and diagnostic accuracy by 12%, while realizing seamless integration with multiple systems.


The PACS system he led is built on a distributed cloud-native architecture, combining GPU acceleration and AI-assisted reading technology, which increases image processing efficiency by 80% and enables second-level response for cross-hospital data synchronization, and has passed multiple authoritative certifications including Level 3 Classified Protection of Cybersecurity.


The EMR system he was responsible for overcame technical difficulties such as multi-department collaboration and stable operation in high-concurrency scenarios, supporting the smooth operation of more than 10,000 daily diagnosis and treatment visits, helping boost hospital operational efficiency by over 40% and reducing patient waiting time by 35%.
