Ms. Zeng Yan holds a Master’s degree in Health Service Management from Peking University Health Science Center. With nearly two decades of deep industry experience, she has served in core management positions at renowned enterprises including SDIC Health, General Electric Healthcare, and Country Garden Grand Health, achieving outstanding accomplishments across medical investment, operational management, and strategic planning.
As an expert in investment, she has led the formulation of core investment systems, successfully advanced investments in multiple key medical projects, and precisely integrated resources from governments, central state-owned enterprises, and top-tier medical institutions. As a leader in operational management, she has built a differentiated performance management system, promoted quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in hospitals, and achieved dual upgrades in medical quality and operational effectiveness.
Currently, as General Manager of Huidi Kaide Medical Technology, she oversees the overall operation of this Sino-German joint venture. She has led the successful registration and market launch of three categories of medical devices across four modules, driven localized R&D and product upgrades, established a diversified brand promotion system, collaborated with universities to tackle technical challenges, and helped the company obtain numerous qualifications, certifications, and policy supports.
Concurrently, she holds several social positions, including External Mentor for Master’s Students at Shanxi Medical University and Director of the Guangzhou Financial Services Promotion Association. She continues to exert significant influence in industrial practice and academic inheritance, safeguarding the company’s development with her full-chain professional capabilities.
